These policies explain how Eastern Oracle Matrix should be used, what the service does not provide, and how privacy, refunds, AI output, and professional boundaries are handled.
Terms of Service
Eastern Oracle Matrix provides cultural, symbolic, and reflective tools based on classical Eastern systems and AI-assisted language generation. Reports and readings are intended for personal insight and entertainment, not certainty.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted birth data, questions, and historical events.
- You agree not to use the service for emergencies, illegal activity, coercion, harassment, or decisions requiring licensed professional advice.
- Experimental features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the platform develops.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service: account information, submitted reading inputs, generated reports, and technical data needed for reliability. You can export or delete account-held reports and account data from the Account Center. We also use privacy-minimized anonymous traffic measurements to understand which pages are used and whether the service is reliable.
- We do not sell personal birth data, questions, uploaded images, or reports.
- Anonymous reflection submissions are reviewed before publication.
- For abuse prevention, we may process limited network data transiently during submission.
- Reflection records do not store raw IP addresses or link submissions to an account.
- Anonymous traffic measurements use a rotating browser identifier, page path, referrer host, active time, device category, language, time zone, and viewport bucket. They do not store raw IP addresses, complete referrer URLs, form inputs, account credentials, or precise browser location.
- Where a server-side GeoIP database is configured, the measurement may include approximate country, region, and city. Anonymous traffic events are deleted after 90 days. Visitors who enable the browser Do Not Track preference are not measured by this feature.
- Configured model providers may process prompts or images when AI features are used. They act under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
- Before commercial launch, the operator must publish a legal-entity name, contact address, privacy contact, retention schedule, and current processor list.
AI Image Processing
Face Reading requires an explicit confirmation before a portrait is sent to the configured Qwen vision provider. The feature is for cultural and symbolic reflection only; it is not identity verification or a factual assessment of a person.
- Only upload a portrait you are entitled to share. Do not upload identity documents, images of children, or another person without their permission.
- The site does not use an uploaded portrait as an account profile image or save it as a reusable gallery asset. Provider processing is governed by the provider's applicable terms.
- Do not use the result for employment, housing, credit, insurance, medical, legal, immigration, safety, or relationship decisions about another person.
Refund Policy
Sandbox checkout may be available for integration testing only and does not create a real charge. Before any live checkout, the platform will show the applicable price, currency, delivery description, and refund terms for that product.
- Sandbox authorizations are testing events only and do not purchase a report, book, or service.
- Failed or duplicate live payments should be reviewed for refund.
- Delivered digital goods may be non-refundable unless required by law or platform rules.
- Human-reviewed services should define delivery time, revision scope, and refund eligibility separately.
AI Disclaimer
AI output may contain errors, omissions, cultural interpretation bias, or language that appears more certain than the underlying symbolic data supports.
- AI does not replace a licensed doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, or emergency service.
- Face reading and destiny reports are symbolic cultural interpretations, not factual proof about a person.
- Past-event calibration can improve context, but it cannot guarantee future accuracy.

The service does not provide diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, credit advice, or any licensed professional service.
